Meet Virginia, an ordinary girl just trying to cope with her ordinary life and her ordinary adolescence. "Ordinary," that is, if your idea of ordinary is having odd electrical powers and a mischievous gremlin causing you trouble! She lives at home with her parents and tries to lead a normal life, but Oogleeoog makes sure that rarely happens. As it is, she gets plenty of stares when she is caught talking to her "invisible friend". Because of Oogleeoog's constant habit of trading barbs with Virginia, her friends assume that she gets into "her cranky mood" quite easily.
